France Panificação started its activities in 2013. The idea was born from the desire to bring to Brazil the best of French bakery, importing a selection of the best french flours in order to develop healthy products, free of chemical additives or enhancers and made with artisanal techniques.

With the development of the activity and the need of our customers to train bakers with these techniques and own processes to take full advantage of these flours, the Ateliê do Boulanger was created in 2017. A technical bakery school where both professional and amateur are trained and where we develop all our interventions to be performed on our customers.

To complete our offer and provide a complete view of the chain from production to sale, La Boulange store was born in 2019, presenting to our customers tools to leverage and optimize their own sales.

In 2020 we embrace the new digital era with Ateliê 2.0, offering 100% online videos and workshops, in order to suit the needs of those who don't have the possibility and availability to come to our school in person.

Tradition

We respect and encourage the production techniques of the independent, family-owned French mill, which brings an exquisite eye to the quality of wheat grown in France. It is essential that the wheat is grown according to the traditional production method to maintain its physical and nutritional properties.

Sustainability

Our flours are produced with CRC (Controlled Sustainable Culture) wheat, a seal that aims to preserve consumer health, respect the environment, biodiversity, and the quality of artisan baking. They are certified by the French Ministry of Agriculture.

CRC SEAL
In the beginning, this seal was created for children's nutrition and to preserve the consumer's health first and foremost. It is the guarantee that the wheat was produced respecting the environment and the biodiversity. Choice of adapted seeds, selected for their quality for artisan baking. This wheat is produced according to a strict specification:
. Grains with reduced contaminant content.
Fields protected from any source of pollution.
• Storage100% free of pesticides or other chemical sources.
. Fields protected from any source of pollution: from major roads, factories, airports etc.
The grains will be stored without pesticides. The guarantee of the respect of the CRC requirements is verified by a plan of controls and rigorous analyses through an independent certification agency.
