France Panificação started its activities in 2013. The idea was born from the desire to bring to Brazil the best of French bakery, importing a selection of the best french flours in order to develop healthy products, free of chemical additives or enhancers and made with artisanal techniques.
With the development of the activity and the need of our customers to train bakers with these techniques and own processes to take full advantage of these flours, the Ateliê do Boulanger was created in 2017. A technical bakery school where both professional and amateur are trained and where we develop all our interventions to be performed on our customers.
To complete our offer and provide a complete view of the chain from production to sale, La Boulange store was born in 2019, presenting to our customers tools to leverage and optimize their own sales.
In 2020 we embrace the new digital era with Ateliê 2.0, offering 100% online videos and workshops, in order to suit the needs of those who don't have the possibility and availability to come to our school in person.
